Description
Today is day NINE of December Madness~
So, here's a real sweet-tooth recipe to drool at.
(Hehe I recommend opening the photo as large as you can :3 )
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Soft Toffee Cups
200g Butter
1 dl Sugar
3 dl Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
A bag of soft Toffee candy
Thin plates of chocolate
How-To:
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt the butter so it’s soft, but not fluid.
Pour the softened butter into the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Make small globes out of the mix and place them in aluminium moulds.
Press down a piece of soft toffee in each piece.
Bake in oven at 200 degrees Celsius (or 390.F) for about 10 min.
Take out the cups from the oven and gently place a thin chocolate plate on top of each cup.
(If you don’t want to wait to eat them, I strongly suggest a quick cooling down in the fridge for a couple of minutes.)
Recipe originally belongs to a sweet relative of mine! (Thank you~)
